This award holds unique value because it is based on honest, direct feedback from TLP employees. Through an anonymous survey prepared and managed by Quantum Workplace, team members share their perspectives on workplace attributes including feeling valued, team effectiveness, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, and manager effectiveness. Additionally, companies nominated for the honor must see a large percentage of its employee base complete the survey.
